What we collect
When you request a free retention audit, we collect the details you submit through the form: your first name, work email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), your store URL, your monthly online revenue range, and any optional note about your biggest retention problem. We also record the page URL and standard marketing parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid) so we can understand which campaign brought you here.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about your audit, prepare for the call, and follow up with your priority fixes. If your store fits the profile we work with best, we may use it to prepare a proposal. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it is stored
Your submission is stored in our secure database and mirrored to a private internal spreadsheet used by our team to manage audit requests. Access is limited to The Retention Marketers team members.
The Meta Pixel
This landing page uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our own advertising, including a Lead event when an audit request is submitted. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Meta's use of cookies through your browser settings and Meta's ad preferences.
Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time. Email sabih@theretentionmarketers.com with the email address you used on the form and we will remove your record within a few business days.
